getting right.
It began in 2014, with a small team of perfectionists and one unreasonable idea: that a milk drink could be made the way fine chocolate is made — slowly, patiently, refusing every shortcut.
We were purists at heart, and our weakness was for the deep and the dark — the bitter-sweet richness of real cocoa, the intensity of a proper espresso. Where others reached for powders and syrups, we reached for real milk, real cocoa, real coffee — and then reached again, adjusting by the gram, tasting, discarding, beginning anew. A batch was never "good enough." It was either right, or it was poured away.
For years that obsession went into drinks that carried other people's names. Until, at last, one recipe met our single standard — the best we could make, with nothing to hide and nothing left out. That one we were willing to sign.
We named it La Bonte — "the goodness." Proudly made in Rajkot, to one simple idea of perfect. Sealed fresh, never watered down, never cheapened. The dessert we always meant to make — now yours to pour cold.
